Millboard decks are not just for the garden! For this project, we were asked to construct a deck on the balcony of a renovated house using Millboard Enhanced Grain, Smoked Oak. We recommended using Millboard composite Plas Pro joists rather than timber ones for two reasons:
- Because of the small amount of build space, we can lay the composite joists straight onto the balcony floor without worrying about deterioration,
- Plas Pro joists are far superior in reducing noise vibration.
