This was an exciting project to replace an unusually shaped deck at the rear of the house. The old wooden deck had started to rot and collapse in places. The framework had rotted through in places and the whole lot had to go!

We removed the existing deck and framework, clearing the area for the new deck! Using Millboard PlasPro posts to keep the tanalised timber framework off the ground – which will extend its lifespan – and installed a deck of Millboard Enhanced Grain, Golden Oak.

This was an interesting project as due to the unusual shape, it required a little more planning to make sure we got the shape and design right.

The finishing touch was a row of LED lights, inset into the deck and fascia.
