Our client asked us to replace his wooden rooftop terrace. The total size was 100 square meters and was four floors up which created some logistical challenges. But nothing our team wasn’t up to! We didn’t want to walk materials and waste through the clients apartment and so we constructed a pulley system to transfer materials and waste from the car park below to the terrace.
Over two weeks, we removed the old deck, constructed the framework and installed the new deck. Our client chose Millboard Enhanced Grain Brushed Basalt, which was an excellent choice. It looked great and is a weather resistant product which will resist weathering and fading.
