Mr C in Harpenden contacted us to ask us to replace the deck outside his sun house. The brief was to replace the deck with a Millboard composite deck but the client wanted it to curve around the walls and add a curve to the front as well.
We designed a deck that not only met this requirement but also curved around the pond, incorporated lighting and raised the level to remove the step to the sun house. The client was delighted with the finish as were we.
The other interesting element to this project was the creation of a curved hardwood balustrade incorporated into the deck too.
